Main Page Help
You are on the main page of the web site. From here you may add items to your shopping cart, search for items, checkout, login or log out, view your order history, subscribe to the monthly newsletter, or request a special item customized to your specifications. Each of these actions are discussed below ...
To find an item simply type the name or description of the item or item category in the search bar and press 'Go'. A page of items which most closely match your request will be displayed. From there you may choose to view additional information about the item, or add it to your shopping cart.
If you know the general category the item falls under (or if you just want to see items for one category, like ethernet oriented items for example), simply click the category name on the left hand side of the screen, and all the items that fall under that particular category will be displayed.
On the main page, there are three featured items displayed. To add one of these items to your shopping cart, simply click 'Add to Cart'.
To check out your shopping cart click the 'CheckOut' option on the top navigation bar.
To log into your account (or to create a new account) simply click the word 'Guest' at the top of the screen.
To view your order history (or to change your account information) click the 'Account' option on the top navigation bar.
To subscribe to the newsletter, enter your email address in the 'Newsletter Signup' text box (replace the -- email address -- that is already in there) then press the 'ok' button.
To request a custom item not shown on the website simply click the '...Special Request' link near the bottom left hand corner of every screen. You will be taken to a special request form where you may provide a description or specifications of the desired item.
Either click the words 'Shopping Cart' near the top right hand corner of every screen, or click the 'CheckOut' option on the top navigation bar.
