Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

 

Occasionally you will need to return merchandise. To return an item you must first contact Customer Service and get an RMA Number. Once you have received your RMA Number you may then ship the product back to us and upon reception, your account will be refunded. You may return an item for any reason. For example, you may not like the color of the item once you actually see it, or you may have ordered the wrong item. Returning items is no problem, and in the case of defective merchandise, there is no charge to you, however, if you choose to return an item for any other reason, a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied.
